Q: Can you tell me how to draw like you / Do you have a tutorial so I can draw like you ?
A: I dont have a tutorial, and you dont want to draw like me or anyone else for that matter. Why? Because you dont want to be remembered as "Hey look this guy's/gal's work looks like >insert famous name here<!". And secondly, I was influenced by so many things and it ended up as something unique and my own. I love the etchings of Dürer and alchemy themes and the occult in general, and couple that with my love for etchings, graphics design and comics and you get ME.
Q: How do I get better at drawing, you draw so well.
A: BASICS, it's all in the basics. Learn anatomy, light/values, colors, practice like crazy. When you get a good grasp on basics and realism you can then derive any style from it and draw anything (as long as you do research on it- IF YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE DRAWING YOU WILL DRAW IT BETTER). Disclaimer: I make lots of rookie mistakes, all I know I taught myself, pretty much, luckily my girlfriend (who is properly educated artist) makes it her business to tell me where I made a mistake (and I love her for it)
Q: Oh man, I LOVE this design! Can I use it for my project?
A: Send me a note or email me - and you have to pay me and tell me for exactly you want to use it. I would love to be able to just give away my artwork for nothing, but as it stands I too need to eat, drink and pay bills. Curse the men who created the system where I have to pay in order to live, just let me be and let me create.
Q: Hello, I would like to hire you, what are your rates? Hello how much would it cost to make this ?
A: I don't have fixed rates, every job is different in its requirements the price differs as well. Also, if you come to me with an your idea, I cannot give you the estimate right of the bat, since I don't know what style, level detail you want it to be. If you contact me I will ask you all of these questions (and more probably) in order for me to be able to estimate the cost of the job.
Thank you all for your support and interest in my work, it helps me work in even harder to improve myself and my craft.
I will add more questions as they become frequently asked.
